Position Overview

This position is contingent upon contract award and availability. Selected candidates will receive a contingent offer of employment that becomes final upon successful contract award and authorization to proceed.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as a subject matter expert in front-end development.
• Utilize analytical skills to enhance processes and define requirements.
• Conduct analysis, planning, and documentation to support various front-end development projects.
• Engage in engineering tasks for front-end design, including the creation of mockups, wireframes, and user interface optimization.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to implement modifications and improve user experience.

Minimum Requirements

• Active TS/SCI clearance.
• Onsite presence in Fort Meade, MD up to five days per week based on client needs.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field; a Master's may substitute for 2 years of experience.
• 10 years of relevant experience, including software development in object-oriented and scripted languages.
• 5 years of front-end web design and development experience.
• 5 years of utilizing bug tracking software (e.g., Jira) and testing web applications.
• Experience leading software development projects.
• Hands‑on experience in cloud development and proficiency in CI/CD tools like Jenkins and GitLab.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in Agile Test‑Driven development and DevSecOps environments.
• Familiarity with UX design tools such as Sketch or InVision.
• 5 years of experience with CI/CD software development practices.

Compensation & Benefits

• Competitive salary range of $125,000 to $150,000, based on experience and qualifications.
