As a Senior / Lead Full Stack or Frontend Engineer at our Series E, 3.1 Billion Dollar organization focused on payments, marketing, and customer loyalty, you will play a crucial role in delivering performant, scalable, and high-quality cloud-based software.

If you have a background in product development, particularly in the Payment/Fintech industry, and can join our team at the earliest, we are looking for someone like you to contribute to our organization's growth and success.

Responsibilities

• Taking ownership of delivering software on both the frontend and backend sides
• Conducting code reviews to ensure quality and consistency
• Mentoring team members to align their development with product requirements
• Collaborating with the Senior Architect on design and technology decisions for the product development roadmap

Qualifications

• Graduated from premium institutes like IIT, NIT, BITs, or other Tier 1 colleges, or from a non-premium institute with experience in a product company
• Proficient in developing cloud-based software, including backend APIs and frontend frameworks like React and Angular
• Deep understanding of scalable design patterns and message-based systems like Kafka, RabbitMQ, Redis, MongoDB, ORM, and SQL
• Familiarity with AWS services such as S3, IAM, and Lambda
• Expertise in coding with NodeJs, TypeScript, Scala, ReactJs, and Angular
• Strong focus on user-centric, mobile-first designs on the frontend
• Experience with hybrid frontends like react-native and electronJs would be a bonus
