Join our team as a Lead Full Stack Developer and play a critical role in designing and delivering enterprise-grade web applications using C#/.NET, Azure, SQL, and modern front-end technologies like Blazor. This position offers an exciting opportunity to drive full lifecycle engineering and ensure the security and performance of financial systems integrated with ERP platforms.

This is a contract-to-hire position, where you will have the chance to transition to a full-time role after the contract period. Responsibilities

• Design and develop scalable full stack solutions utilizing C# (.NET 6/7/8+), ASP.NET Core, and REST/gRPC APIs with Blazor.
• Take ownership of the end-to-end feature delivery process, from requirements analysis and technical design to implementation, testing, and production release.
• Maintain and enhance back-end services, API layers, business logic, data access, and event-driven components using Azure Service Bus and Event Grid.
• Create responsive and accessible front-end interfaces that align with user experience standards and business objectives.
• Implement SOLID principles, design patterns, clean architecture, and test-driven development methodologies.
• Architect and deploy cloud-native solutions on Azure, including App Services, Functions, Containers, and Logic Apps.
• Implement Azure-native data patterns utilizing Azure SQL, Cosmos DB, and Azure Data Factory.
• Automate infrastructure provisioning with Bicep or Terraform, and utilize Azure Monitor and Application Insights for observability.
• Build CI/CD pipelines in Azure DevOps to facilitate automated testing and deployment processes.
• Design and optimize SQL queries, stored procedures, and functions for SQL Server and Azure SQL Database.
• Analyze query plans and optimize execution to meet performance standards.
• Collaborate on data integration strategies, reporting pipelines, and overall data architecture.
• Implement industry-standard security practices, including OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect, and role-based access control.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and compliance standards relevant to the financial sector.
• Conduct architecture reviews, threat modeling, and security design assessments regularly.
• Act as a technical mentor to other developers, leading workshops and governance sessions.
• Transform business requirements into functional technical designs and contribute to technical documentation.
• Design integrations with ERP systems including SAP or Oracle, focusing on secure data exchange mechanisms.
• Ensure data integrity across systems by implementing validation and error-handling processes.
• Support ERP system upgrades and maintain compliance with SOX regulations.
• Maintain comprehensive control documentation and participate in root-cause analysis and post-incident reviews.

Experience Requirements

• 10+ years in full stack software development in enterprise settings.
• Proficient in C# and .NET, with extensive experience in ASP.NET Core and SQL.
• Strong background in designing cloud-native Azure applications.
• Experience with ERP integrations and a solid understanding of SOX compliance requirements.
• Familiar with data manipulation and ETL processes using Azure services.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on quality and security.

Education Requirements

• Microsoft Azure certifications such as AZ-204 or AZ-305 are preferred.
