Lead Full Stack .NET Developer

About

You will lead a team of developers to implement solutions across internal and external applications, integrations, and automated workflows.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of software developers by assigning tasks and providing technical mentorship.
• Design and architect software systems to define the technical vision and roadmap.
• Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code while conducting regular code reviews.
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and QA to align on requirements and deliverables.
• Implement testing strategies including unit, integration, and system testing.
• Manage project timelines, prioritize tasks, and ensure timely software releases.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of experience as a full stack .NET developer.
• 7+ years of experience with C#.
• 7+ years of experience with ASP.NET MVC and .NET Core.
• 7+ years of experience with Angular 2+ and JavaScript.
• 7+ years of experience with Entity Framework, Entity Framework Core, or other ORM frameworks.
• 5+ years of experience in a technical lead role.
• 2+ years of experience working with public defined benefit pension systems.
• Experience with authentication, authorization, and identity middleware such as OpenID Connect.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Angular 8+, TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3, and jQuery.
• Experience with T-SQL and .NET Framework.
• Experience developing Dynamics 365, BizTalk, or BizTalk Rules Engine.
• Familiarity with Vinzant’s Global Event Control Server (GECS).
