Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a small, high‑performing tech team, fostering a positive environment for learning and growth as well as ownership, pragmatism, and autonomy while driving the delivery of impactful features.
• Be an active member of the Tech team, partnering closely with the entire company to iterate on and continuously improve our product.
• Collaborate with other engineers to translate the PM’s vision into actionable development plans, take ownership of feature delivery and ensure smooth handovers.
• Drive initiatives to build a highly scalable, high‑availability and user‑friendly AI copilot for IP professionals, maximizing our product value and impact.
• Be open to engage directly with users and customers when needed, gathering feedback to shape product decisions and enhance the overall user experience.

About You

• Master degree in Computer science/ Engineering or similar technical background
• 5+ years of experience in software engineering, ideally with a track record as an individual contributor and/or team lead.
• Strong hands‑on fullstack experience: TypeScript/JavaScript is mandatory; experience with React, Node.js, Python, PostgreSQL, Redis, or NATS is a plus.
• Client focused, eager to keep learning and help others grow
• Exploring how to integrate AI tools into your development workflow
• Living near Paris and ok with in‑office or hybrid remote setup or in France at 2‑3 hours away max from Paris by train and ready to come to Paris on a monthly basis.
• Fluent in French & English.
