You need to have at least five years of experience in software engineering or data science, with two to three years specifically in Gen AI and LLM systems.

Responsibilities

• Design and deploy Gen AI applications using LLMs
• Fine-tune LLMs with techniques like LoRA and QLoRA
• Build and optimize retrieval-augmented generation pipelines
• Integrate solutions with cloud services like AWS and Azure
• Collaborate with product managers and mentor junior engineers

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field
• 5 years of software engineering experience
• Strong Python skills with ML/AI libraries
• Hands-on with vector databases like FAISS
• Familiarity with cloud platforms and REST API development
