Key Responsibilities

• Guide geotechnical engineering projects with a focus on innovation
• Develop and nurture client relationships for business growth
• Oversee budget management and quality control initiatives
• Prepare specifications, technical reports, and cost estimates
• Mentor junior engineers on technical challenges and project execution

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Geotechnical Engineering
• 12+ years in geotechnical consulting including leadership experience
• Professional Engineer (P.Eng.) designation required
• Strong understanding of applicable design codes and standards
• Valid Ontario driver’s license and good communication skills
