Lead ICT System Engineer

Your Challenge

• Responsibility for the planning and implementation of holistic ICT projects – from server and client infrastructures to Microsoft 365 and cloud services, as well as network, security, backup, and monitoring solutions.
• Participation in the creation of IT concepts and carrying out independent ICT audits for clients.
• Operation and optimization of cloud infrastructures and handling technical challenges in day-to-day business.
• Focus on efficient, high-quality customer support and continuous development of existing ICT environments.
• Leading role in technical issues and as a competent point of contact within the team.

Your Qualities and Talents

• Completed higher education in IT or comparable qualification with relevant certifications; career changers with appropriate experience are welcome, further studies are a plus.
• Several years of professional experience in the Microsoft environment (approx. 5 years) with a sound understanding of IT architectures.
• Curiosity and innovative spirit, coupled with the motivation to successfully implement holistic IT solutions.
• Enjoyment of analyzing, optimizing, and – where possible – automating recurring tasks.
• Strong communication, resilience, and reliability in dealing with clients and internal stakeholders.
• Very good German and good English skills.
