Lead iOS Developer

About the Role

In this exciting role as Lead iOS Developer, you will be responsible for defining high-level specifications, programming conventions, and reviews that enable AI agents and your team to create high-quality iOS code. Your main focus will be on viewing the development process as a product and developing the specific conditions under which AI can reliably deliver.

Responsibilities

• Continuously evolve iOS standards and establish quality standards that AI agents must follow.
• Monitor agent runs, diagnose failure modes, and implement corrections in specifications and conventions.
• Create necessary iOS specifications and ticket templates in close collaboration with the product team.
• Review pull requests, ensuring the quality and stability of the iOS app are always guaranteed.
• Design the iOS codebase to be AI-friendly by enforcing modular boundaries and designing clear interfaces.
• Mentor the iOS team, share knowledge, conduct code reviews, and support the team in collaborating with AI agents.
• Make technical decisions and work entirely without legacy code.
• Take responsibility in a dynamic environment and actively contribute to the company's future.
