Openings Overview

  • 07 Openings – Looking for 10+ years of Java, Core Java, Springboot, Microservices, Kafka, MongoDb; payment background is a plus (if not, banking/financial background is a plus)
  • 10 Openings – Looking for Core Java V17 with strong SQL (writing complex SQL queries, stored procedures, white‑board Java algorithm coding – in‑person interview of 1.5 hours)
  • 30 Openings – Lead Java Backend Roles (see details below)
  • 5 Lead Fullstack Java Developer Openings – $90/hr on W2 & $160K for H1B’s

Compensation

  • Pay would be $90 per hour on W2 and $160K for H1B’s

Skill Distribution

  • 70 % Full‑Stack Engineering – (.NET, Python, or Java)
  • 20 % AI / ML Experience – Must be relevant within the last 2 years
  • 10 % Cloud – Any cloud platform is fine (team currently uses Azure / OpenShift)

Key Expectations

  • Candidates should understand how to build, model, act as a proxy, and develop/fix code.
  • Data Scientists are not the right fit for this team; most were let go previously.
  • Team will eventually build an in‑house framework, so candidates with any tool background are acceptable.
  • Should not be rigid about specific tech/tools—openness to what works best is preferred.
  • Planning for AI implementation with a need for careful yet quick execution.

Responsibilities (Lead Fullstack Java Developer)

  • Have advanced Object‑Oriented development skills to create Java code that can be easily maintained and extended to meet growing demands.
  • Have solid RESTful web services and web UI development skills to create UIs.
  • For new development, work with business partners and upcoming regulatory guidelines to understand needs, analyze, and design necessary software.
  • Design solutions that meet business needs encompassing the full technology stack—from backend database design, front‑end views, and back‑end services—and work with other developers to meet requirements.
  • Work as an individual contributor and coordinate with cross‑functional engineers to deliver functional enhancements and platform improvements.
  • Assure quality, maintainability, and extensibility for supported systems and risk applications.
  • Serve as a key technical resource on the team building sophisticated and complex risk applications.

  • BS/BA in Computer Science, Engineering, or related discipline
