Lead Java Developer

We have 3 urgent openings for a "Lead Java Developer". These is onsite role.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design and development of Java-based applications and backend services.
• Build scalable Microservices using Java, Spring Boot, and RESTful APIs.
• Work closely with product managers, architects, and business teams to understand requirements and deliver technical solutions.
• Review code, guide developers, and ensure coding standards and best practices are followed.
• Handle application performance tuning, debugging, and production support activities.
• Participate in architecture discussions and contribute to technical decision-making.
• Develop and maintain integrations with third-party systems and internal platforms.
• Work with cloud platforms like AWS or Azure for deployment and infrastructure-related activities.
• Ensure proper unit testing, code quality, and CI/CD implementation.
• Support Agile/Scrum ceremonies including sprint planning, estimation, and daily stand-ups.
• Mentor junior developers and help in technical skill development across the team.
• Collaborate with DevOps and QA teams for smooth release management and deployment processes.

Required Skills

• Strong experience in Java, J2EE, Spring Boot, and Hibernate.
• Hands-on experience with Microservices architecture.
• Strong understanding of REST APIs and web services.
• Experience working with SQL/NoSQL databases such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, or Oracle.
• Knowledge of Kafka, RabbitMQ, or other messaging systems is a plus.
• Experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP cloud platforms.
• Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Good understanding of design patterns and object-oriented programming concepts.
• Experience with Git, Maven, Jenkins, and version control tools.
• Strong problem-solving and leadership skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
• 8+ years of experience in Java development.
• Prior experience leading development teams or technical projects.
• Experience working in Agile development environments.
