Function of the Group: Corporate Institutional Banking

Initiatives/Projects: Business to Business Payments Engine, SWIFT Payments, International Payments, Multi-currency, real time payments

Industry background: SWIFT network, federally mandated network.

Team Dynamic: 9-10 people on the team- will have opportunity to work with other corporate banking teams

Roles and Responsibilities: • The Tech Lead serves as the primary technical resource and advisor for the team, providing guidance, leadership, and oversight across development, issue resolution, and release activities. • This role is responsible for offering technical direction, mentoring teammates, and ensuring high quality delivery through hands on coding, troubleshooting, and ownership of the application.

Must Have Technical Skills: • Mongo DB • Java • CICD Pipeline • Oracle Database • OCP-Openshift • API

Flex Skills/Nice to Have: • IPF (a big plus) • GPP (a big plus) • Previous client experience (a plus) • SWIFT Network Corporate Payments knowledge • JIRA, Agile

Soft Skills: Approachable Encouraging Collaborating Personable Written and Verbal Communication Coaching/Leading

Education/Certifications: Bachelor's Degree or qualifying experience (8-10 years)
