Roles and Responsibilities

• The Tech Lead serves as the primary technical resource and advisor for the team, providing guidance, leadership, and oversight across development, issue resolution, and release activities.
• This role is responsible for offering technical direction, mentoring teammates, and ensuring high quality delivery through hands on coding, troubleshooting, and ownership of the application.
