Lead Full Stack Developer

We are seeking a highly skilled Lead Full Stack Developer with deep expertise in Java-based backend development and strong capabilities in frontend (Angular) along with exposure to AI/ML technologies. This role requires a hands-on technical leader who can design, develop, and scale enterprise-grade applications while driving innovation through modern architectures and intelligent solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design and development of scalable, high-performance backend systems using Java and Spring Boot
• Architect and build RESTful APIs and microservices-based applications
• Develop responsive and dynamic user interfaces using Angular
• Design and optimize database solutions using Oracle SQL
• Integrate AI/ML capabilities into applications to enhance automation, analytics, and decision-making
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product, DevOps, and Data Engineering
• Ensure code quality through best practices, code reviews, and automated testing
• Drive technical architecture, design patterns, and development standards
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex production issues
• Mentor and guide junior developers and contribute to team growth

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Experience in Full Stack Development
• Strong expertise in Java (Core Java, Java 8+)
• Hands-on experience with Spring Boot, Spring MVC, Spring Security
• Proficiency in building Microservices Architecture
• Strong experience with Angular (latest versions preferred)
• Solid understanding of REST APIs, JSON, and API integrations
• Extensive experience with Oracle Database and SQL optimization
• Knowledge of data structures, algorithms, and system design
• Experience with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and Agile methodologies
• Strong problem-solving and leadership skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Exposure to AI/ML frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar)
• Experience integrating AI/ML models into enterprise applications
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
• Knowledge of containerization (Docker, Kubernetes)
• Experience with event-driven architecture and messaging systems (Kafka, RabbitMQ)
