Lead Full Stack Developer

About The Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Lead Full Stack Developer with deep expertise in Java-based backend development (70 80%) and strong capabilities in frontend (Angular) along with exposure to AI/ML technologies. This role requires a hands-on technical leader who can design, develop, and scale enterprise-grade applications while driving innovation through modern architectures and intelligent solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design and development of scalable, high-performance backend systems using Java and Spring Boot
• Architect and build RESTful APIs and microservices-based applications
• Develop responsive and dynamic user interfaces using Angular
• Design and optimize database solutions using Oracle SQL
• Integrate AI/ML capabilities into applications to enhance automation, analytics, and decision-making
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex production issues
• Mentor and guide junior developers and contribute to team growth

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in Full Stack Development
• Strong expertise in Java (Core Java, Java 8+)
• Hands-on experience with Spring Boot, Spring MVC, Spring Security
• Proficiency in building Microservices Architecture
• Strong experience with Angular (latest versions preferred)
• Solid understanding of REST APIs, JSON, and API integrations
• Extensive experience with Oracle Database and SQL optimization
• Strong problem-solving and leadership skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Exposure to AI/ML frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar)
• Experience integrating AI/ML models into enterprise applications
