What You'll Do

• Lead the design, development, and maintenance of our native mobile applications.
• Mentor and guide a team of mobile developers, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment.
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and backend engineers to define and implement new features.
• Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs.
• Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.
• Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest mobile technology trends and best practices.

What We're Looking For

• 8+ years of professional experience in mobile application development.
• Proven experience leading a team of developers.
• Strong proficiency in Swift and/or Kotlin.
• Deep understanding of mobile architecture patterns (e.g., MVVM, MVC).
• Experience with RESTful APIs and integrating with backend services.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines for mobile applications.
• Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
