Lead .NET Solutions Architect & Senior Application Development Consultant

We are seeking a highly experienced Lead .NET Solutions Architect & Senior Application Development Consultant to lead enterprise application modernization, software development, and SDLC initiatives in a large-scale environment.

This role requires deep expertise in C#, .NET, Blazor, SQL Server, Oracle, Agile delivery, and enterprise application architecture. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience leading development teams, managing full SDLC initiatives, modernizing legacy systems, and delivering secure, scalable web applications.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design, development, enhancement, and support of enterprise web-based applications
• Architect and develop front-end and back-end solutions using C#, .NET, Blazor, HTML5, CSS, JavaScript, SQL, Oracle, and SQL Server
• Analyze system workflows, technical requirements, and business processes to design scalable software solutions
• Lead full SDLC activities from requirements gathering through deployment and release management
• Coordinate with business stakeholders, architects, analysts, developers, and infrastructure teams
• Troubleshoot complex application and system issues and implement long-term solutions
• Lead code reviews, technical validation, and software quality assurance activities
• Develop and maintain technical documentation, release notes, and environment change documentation
• Present software enhancements and application demonstrations to stakeholders for approval
• Support modernization and migration initiatives involving legacy applications and modern platforms
• Ensure applications comply with security standards, release governance, and organizational policies
• Recommend improvements to software development processes and application architecture

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
• 8+ years of senior-level experience designing and developing enterprise web applications
• Strong expertise with:
  • C# / .NET
  • Blazor
  • JavaScript
  • HTML5 / CSS
  • SQL & Stored Procedures
  • Oracle and SQL Server
• Extensive experience leading SDLC projects from scope through deployment
• Experience managing application administration, release coordination, and change control processes
• Strong background in Agile SDLC methodologies
• Experience leading development teams, code reviews, and technical direction activities
• Experience implementing software modifications aligned with security and network integrity requirements
• Strong troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and problem-resolution skills
• Experience using Azure DevOps, Jira, or similar tools

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience modernizing or migrating legacy systems to .NET Blazor
• Experience supporting licensing or regulatory applications
• Knowledge of responsive web design and accessibility standards (WCAG)
• Experience with Visual Studio 2022, .NET Core 9.0, Oracle DB, and DevExpress tools
• Previous public sector or state government project experience
