We are seeking an experienced and motivated Lead Network Engineer to join our team in Bern. You will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing our network infrastructure, as well as leading network projects and mentoring junior engineers.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and manage complex network infrastructures.
• Lead network projects from conception to completion.
• Troubleshoot and resolve network issues to ensure high availability.
• Develop and maintain network documentation.
• Mentor junior network engineers.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Network Engineer.
• Strong understanding of routing protocols (BGP, OSPF).
• Experience with firewalls and network security.
• Excellent problem-solving skills.
• Leadership experience is a plus.
