About the Role

SiaX seeks a talented Paid Search Strategist to spearhead the strategic execution of high-performance SEM campaigns, acting as the main liaison for our clients. This role delves deep into the Search ecosystem, focusing on Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, and app store environments. You'll go beyond basic keyword management, employing advanced smart bidding, automation, and data-driven testing to directly drive client success. This role prioritizes critical thinking, innovative problem-solving, and the ability to link paid media performance to business growth.

Your Impact

  • Strategic Growth: Spearhead strategy and execution of paid search campaigns across major platforms, ensuring alignment with client business objectives and full-funnel performance.
  • Planning: Develop and manage detailed SEM media plans based on growth forecasts to meet client KPIs, including building comprehensive search roadmaps and keyword architectures.
  • Optimization: Design and oversee campaign structures, focusing on keyword segmentation, ad copy testing, and bidding strategies to enhance efficiency and return on investment.
  • Automation: Collaborate with technology teams to implement advanced bidding and automation tools that scale performance effectively.
  • Conversion Tracking: Manage the entire process of implementing conversion tracking to ensure data integrity, working with analytics teams when necessary.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years managing paid search campaigns within agency or performance marketing settings.
  • Expertise in Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, YouTube, and app store platforms.
  • Strong grasp of keyword architecture, query mapping, and conversion tracking.
  • Record of managing substantial paid search budgets with proven ROI and CPA accountability.
  • Proficient in automation tools and scripts.
  • Advanced analytical abilities to derive meaningful insights from campaign performance.
  • Experience in A/B testing across multiple campaign elements.
  • Familiarity with GA4, Google Tag Manager, and conversion tracking methodologies.

  • Competitive Compensation: Annual salary range of $130,000-$150,000, depending on experience, along with an annual performance-based bonus.
