What We Are Looking For
Required Qualifications
- 12+ years of experience in building and shaping large-scale, cloud-native platforms.
- Experience in defining technical standards at an organizational level.
- Deep involvement in strategies related to security, compliance, and reliability.
- Ability to align technical visions with overall company strategy.
- Proven influence at senior and executive levels.
- Exceptional mentorship, communication, and strategic thinking skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Background in legal technology, AI-enabled platforms, or regulated industries.
- Experience showcasing thought leadership or contributions to the industry.
- Familiarity with AI development tools such as GitHub Copilot, Cursor, or Claude Code.
- Experience in global or highly distributed organizations.

This position provides total compensation with a competitive base salary and performance incentives. The expected salary range is between $210,000 and $314,000, with final offers contingent on experience, skills, and internal pay equity.
