Your Role

Key responsibilities in your new role

• Provide structured technical input to G2M strategies for networking power applications and support cross-regional alignment and develop scalable technical collaterals for networking in AI/Data Center power solutions
• Support design-in / design-win activities with system-level proposals and customer engagement
• Understand and summarize customer power architecture or networking infrastructure (switches, routers, AI/Datacenter networking board) including power tree partitioning and optimizations.
• Understand end application requirement such as board-level power partitioning (DCDC/VRM/POL)
• Support global 3rd-level technical support and escalation management
• Collaborate with divisional and regional teams on solution deployment and optimization and contribute to system-level training and internal knowledge sharing
• Consolidate structured feedback on networking infrastructure requirements and trends and support innovation initiatives in networking and telecom power architectures

Your Profile

Qualifications and skills to help you succeed

• Degree in Electrical Engineering or a related discipline, with a minimum of 15 years of experience in the semiconductor and/or power electronics industry
• Proven experience in system-level applications, including hardware and/or software integration, with strong knowledge in Multi-phase Buck converter and its key components working theory and mechanism
• Solid knowledge of magnetics design (transformers, inductors), EMC/EMI considerations, and converter design, with experience in system-level modelling, simulation, and concept validation methodologies
• Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate system requirements into technical solutions, and excellent communication skills to articulate complex technical concepts to diverse stakeholders
• Ability to work effectively in a global, cross-functional environment across divisions, regions, and sales, with self-driven, structured, and able to operate under ambiguity in a fast-evolving environment
• Willingness to travel internationally (up to ~30–40%) to collaborate with global teams and stakeholders
• Overall, a strong technical foundation, business acumen, and interpersonal skills to excel in a dynamic and international work environment
