Lead Product Analyst is a full-time position focused on enhancing Pinner engagement through data-driven insights, product adoption strategies, and measurement frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Use data to shape product adoption strategies and provide actionable insights
• Lead end-to-end experimentation efforts and report on campaign performance metrics
• Build and maintain reporting dashboards to improve visibility of product lifecycle and marketing impact

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in data analysis within a fast-paced environment
• Expertise in SQL or Python/R and experience with analytical tools like Tableau or Apache Superset
• Graduate degree in a quantitative field such as mathematics, statistics, computer science, or engineering
• Ability to work independently and deliver results in ambiguous environments
• Proven ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and influence decision-making through data
