Be the key leader in the product lifecycle for Commercial Auto and Long-Haul Trucking. Drive strategic initiatives, establish product roadmaps, and ensure compliance while maintaining an engaging work culture.
As a Technical Product Specialist, you will oversee the full product lifecycle from opportunity sizing to launch optimization. Key responsibilities include leading large‑scale projects, defining product strategies, and collaborating with various internal and external partners. You'll ensure alignment across business areas and maintain effective communication with stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the complete product lifecycle and roadmap definition
• Lead mid to large‑scale projects from inception to launch
• Collaborate with Actuarial on rating strategies
• Design scalable solutions with IT and Legal teams
• Perform competitive research and analyze industry trends

Requirements

• 5+ years in P&C product management experience
• Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field or Insurance
• Advanced proficiency in Excel; Power BI skills required
• Strong communication skills with presentation capabilities
• Understanding of telematics or usage‑based insurance concepts
