About the role

About Weda

Your Mission

Your Responsibilities

A. Leadership & Development of the PM Team

  • Actively coach each PM on the team: regular feedback, support in their product decisions, development of their strategic and operational skills.
  • Embody and disseminate Product Operating Model practices within the team: ritualize user discovery, impact measurement, data-based decision-making.
  • Define and evolve shared PM standards and practices: prioritization framework, templates, team rituals, strategic review process.
  • Conduct development interviews and actively contribute to individual and collective skill development.

B. Product Portfolio Vision & Strategy

  • Co-construct the product vision and portfolio roadmap in close collaboration with the Product Director, R&D, Sales, and Finance.
  • Provide cross-functional insight on priority trade-offs: balance between existing stability, regulatory changes, redesign, and innovation.
  • Conduct active monitoring of the competitive landscape, technological (AI, interoperability), and regulatory changes in the healthcare sector.
  • Define and defend business cases for new product investments, in collaboration with Finance, Tech, Customer Relations, Marketing, and Sales.

C. PM Excellence in Your Scope

  • Constantly interact with users and collaborate closely with Design to develop a deep understanding of their problems, behaviors, and expectations.
  • Lead new offerings from initial research to prototype iterations through to generating the first revenues.
  • Define and monitor usage and experience performance metrics.
  • Partner with Marketing to promote our offerings and drive their adoption.
  • Serve as a key liaison between business, technical, support, and regulatory teams.

Your Profile

  • Proven experience: minimum 7-8 years in Product Management, including at least 3 years managing a team of PMs with a demonstrated ability to develop junior and mid-level profiles.
  • Solid Product Management expertise: concrete examples of transforming user problems into high-impact solutions, with measurable results for users and the business.
  • Experience or strong aptitude for coaching and team development: you know how to give demanding yet supportive feedback, identify development areas, and create conditions for progress.
  • Good knowledge or strong interest in the Product Operating Model (Product Discovery, Evidence-Based PM, Product OKRs, team empowerment).
  • Ability to navigate a complex product portfolio: balancing stability, technical debt, regulatory changes, and innovation simultaneously.
  • Very strong interest in AI — Artificial Intelligence: experience in developing and bringing to market a product with significant AI content would be a real plus.

Additional Information

  • Position to be filled in Montpellier (Pérols).
  • Possibility of 2 days of remote work per week.
  • Meal vouchers.
  • Profit-sharing bonus.
  • Works council.

All our positions are open to people recognized as having a disability.
