Your tasks
- Be responsible for the regional product portfolio and the entire product lifecycle in EMEA—including product range strategy, channel management, and further development of the product-channel matrix.
- Contribute market, competitive, and consumer insights to global product development and develop new product ideas and innovations for the EMEA product range.
- Analyze sales, market, and consumer data to identify trends and opportunities for optimization.
- Work closely with key functions such as project management, development, marketing, and sales, and serve as the EMEA point of contact for market and consumer insights.
- Plan budgets, define pricing channels, and evaluate margin and sales trends to derive actionable measures.
Your profile
- You have a degree in business administration (business management, product management, marketing) or a comparable qualification.
- You have extensive experience in product management for durable consumer goods—ideally in the premium segment.
- You have a proven track record of identifying consumer needs and translating them into successful product and marketing initiatives.
- You possess strong skills in product range and portfolio management.
- You are analytical, conceptually strong, and experienced in collaborating with various departments.
- You are highly motivated, possess strong communication skills, intercultural competence, and confidence in public speaking.
- You are resilient, assertive, and work proactively.
- Fluency in German and English rounds out your profile
