We are seeking a highly skilled Lead Product Manager to define and lead the Trading Growth strategy for the Base App. This role is crucial in shaping user trading experiences and ensuring a compelling onboarding process that attracts, engages, and retains our users.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Own the Growth Engine: Strategize and execute acquisition and retention loops, including referral programs, win-back campaigns, and innovative gamification features.
• Optimize Core Trading: Drive the development of seamless trading experiences that enhance user engagement and satisfaction in the onchain ecosystem.
• Master the Engagement Loop: Collaborate with the Trading team to integrate tools like Watchlists and Price Alerts to entice users back via intelligent notifications and CRM strategies.
• Experiment at Scale: Foster a data-driven culture by conducting A/B tests on the user journey, refining onboarding processes, and enhancing notification systems to boost conversion rates.
• Build Growth Infrastructure: Oversee the development of the Growth Platform, focusing on intelligent notifications, marketing attribution, and user interface enhancements.
• Cross-Functional Leadership: Collaborate with Engineering, Design, and Data Science teams to innovate trading features while ensuring compliance with global standards.

What We Look For in You:

• 7+ years of Product Management experience in consumer-focused fintech, exchanges, or onchain trading.
• Growth Mastery: Proven ability to scale products through lifecycle marketing and retention strategies that significantly impact active trading metrics.
• Trading Sophistication: A solid grasp of market structure and trading mechanics, able to communicate effectively across both technical and consumer-centric domains.
• Analytical Rigor: Experience in establishing KPIs and conducting rigorous experiments to improve product performance.
• Entrepreneurial Execution: A strong ability to navigate uncertainty and prioritize tasks to deliver high-quality products seamlessly.
• AI Fluency: Ability to leverage AI tools to enhance workflow efficiency and produce results that align with business objectives.

Nice to Haves:

• Experience with onchain protocols or decentralized community engagement.
• Background in brokerage or market-making sectors.

Pay Transparency Notice:

The target annual base salary for this position ranges from $207,485 to $244,100 USD, excluding potential equity and bonuses. Employment at Base may include valuable benefits.
