The Role

We are seeking a Lead Product Manager to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for defining and executing the product strategy for our core platform. You will lead a talented cross-functional team, working closely with engineering, design, and marketing to deliver exceptional products.

Responsibilities

• Define and drive the product vision and strategy for our core platform.
• Lead a cross-functional team of engineers, designers, and marketers.
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities.
• Translate user needs and business requirements into detailed product specifications.
• Manage the product roadmap and prioritize features based on impact and effort.
• Launch new products and features, and iterate based on user feedback and data.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across the organization to ensure alignment and success.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in product management, with a focus on platform products.
• Proven track record of successfully launching and scaling complex products.
• Strong understanding of agile development methodologies.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
• Experience with data analysis and A/B testing.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
