We are expanding our team and looking for a visionary Lead Product Manager – Marketing Data to steer the data strategy that powers our marketing engine.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the single point of contact for marketing data across arenaflex, ensuring data solutions align with evolving business strategies and guest expectations.
  • Lead end‑to‑end data product lifecycles, including discovery, acquisition, modeling, enrichment, governance, and delivery to marketing channels.
  • Convert high‑level marketing objectives into detailed data specifications that guide design, development, and implementation teams.
  • Partner with data engineers, analysts, product designers, and marketing strategists to integrate data solutions into campaign workflows.
  • Identify, prioritize, and remediate data quality issues critical to marketing effectiveness, working closely with data owners and external partners.
  • Craft and maintain a multi‑year data product roadmap that balances quick‑wins with long‑term strategic initiatives.
  • Deliver regular updates, release notes, and training materials to internal customers, ensuring smooth adoption of new data assets.

Essential Qualifications

  • Deep understanding of marketing data ecosystems, including CRM, DMP, CDP, and analytics platforms.
  • Proven ability to translate complex business use cases into clear data models and technical specifications.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, capable of influencing senior leaders and technical teams alike.
  • Strong critical‑thinking and investigative skills, with a track record of resolving ambiguous data challenges.
  • Hands‑on experience with agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and data‑centric product development.

  • Demonstrated success evaluating and managing third‑party data vendors and solution providers.
  • Track record of mentoring junior product owners or data analysts.
