Our client, a rapidly growing FinTech innovator, is seeking a highly strategic and experienced Lead Product Marketing Manager to drive the go-to-market strategy for their cutting-edge financial solutions. This is a fully remote position, offering the flexibility to work from anywhere within South Africa. You will be instrumental in defining product positioning, crafting compelling messaging, and executing successful product launches. Responsibilities: Develop and implement comprehensive go-to-market strategies for new and existing financial products. Define product positioning and messaging that resonates with target audiences and differentiates us from competitors. Lead product launch planning and execution, coordinating cross-functional teams including product, sales, marketing, and engineering. Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify market opportunities and inform product strategy. Create compelling sales enablement materials, including presentations, datasheets, case studies, and website content. Develop and manage product marketing calendars and budgets. Act as a subject matter expert for assigned products, providing insights to internal teams and external stakeholders. Translate complex financial and technical concepts into clear, benefit-driven value propositions. Monitor product performance, customer feedback, and market trends to identify areas for optimization and growth. Collaborate with the sales team to ensure successful adoption and revenue generation. Build and nurture strong relationships with key industry influencers and partners. Mentor and guide junior marketing team members. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Finance, or a related field. MBA or advanced degree preferred. 7+ years of experience in product marketing, with a significant focus on FinTech or financial services. Proven track record of successfully launching and scaling financial products. Deep understanding of FinTech market dynamics, customer needs, and competitive landscape. Exceptional strategic thinking and analytical skills. Outstanding written, verbal, and presentation communication abilities. Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage complex projects. Experience in developing effective go-to-market strategies and product messaging. Proficiency in market research methodologies and tools. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial, and remote work environment. Experience with Agile methodologies is a plus.
