- Bring Clarity to Complex Environments
- Structure a rapidly evolving multi-stakeholder program.
- Transform ambiguity into concrete action plans for the team on a daily basis.
- Proactively identify risks, misalignments, and dependencies.
- Lead Cross-Functional Teams (Matrix Environment)
- Coordinate LMS, content, communication, and local operations teams.
- Unite stakeholders around common priorities without direct hierarchical authority.
- Ensure active visibility across all program workstreams.
- Manage High-Level Stakeholders

- Oversee the integration of the digital platform and learner experience in conjunction with product teams.
Qualifications:
- 7 to 10+ years of experience in program management, operations, or consulting.
- Proven experience leading complex multi-stakeholder initiatives.
- Ability to operate in ambiguity and create organizational structures.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong leadership and ability to coach managers.
- Fluent English is mandatory; proficiency in other languages is an asset.
The "Plus" Points:
- Experience with digital platforms / LMS / product environments.
- Experience in education, employability, or social impact.
