About the Opportunity

We are seeking a Technical Project Manager – DevOps Platform to lead the delivery of strategic initiatives across our enterprise DevOps ecosystem. This role is responsible for coordinating complex, cross‑functional programs that enhance developer productivity, modernize the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC), and improve platform capabilities across the organization. The successful candidate will work closely with Product Management, Platform Engineering, Architecture, and Security teams to ensure the successful delivery and adoption of DevOps tooling, automation capabilities, and platform improvements that enable engineering teams to build, test, and deploy software more efficiently and securely. This role combines technical fluency, program delivery leadership, and strong stakeholder management to drive execution across large‑scale technology initiatives.

Responsibilities

  • Program & Delivery Leadership

    • Lead the planning and delivery of DevOps platform initiatives, including CI/CD pipeline capabilities, developer tooling, and automation platforms.
    • Coordinate cross‑functional teams across engineering, architecture, product management, security, and operations to deliver complex technology programs.
    • Manage delivery roadmaps, milestones, and dependencies across multiple teams and initiatives.
    • Develop delivery plans and coordinate cross‑team dependencies to ensure alignment between platform roadmap priorities and engineering execution.
  • Platform & Product Collaboration

    • Partner with Product Managers to align delivery execution with the DevOps platform roadmap and product priorities.
    • Translate product objectives and platform capabilities into coordinated delivery.

Requirements

Must‑have

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; an advanced degree is preferred.
  • At least 5 years of experience as a Technical Project Manager, with a demonstrated working knowledge of Agile and DevOps methodologies.
  • Strong technical background in software development, cloud computing, and automation.
  • Proficiency in project management methodologies, tools, and techniques, including risk management, scheduling, and budgeting.
  • Exceptional communication, leadership, and problem‑solving skills.
  • Experience in managing complex projects within a fast‑paced, dynamic environment.

Nice‑to‑have

  • Familiarity with key DevOps tools and technologies.
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) or equivalent certification is highly desirable.
