A reputable General Contractor is seeking a Lead Project Manager to become part of their dynamic team. Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Estimating team during the Preconstruction Phase.
• Read and interpret Construction Plans and Specifications.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with Owners, Architects, Engineers, and Subcontractors to secure future project opportunities.
• Oversee Subcontractor and Vendor procurement, including scope of work review, contract writing, and insurance and bonding assessments.
• Guide the resolution of drawing interpretation issues, conflicts, and errors.
• Manage the processing of Submittits, RFI's, Change Order Proposals, Owner Billings, Time Sheet Management, and Monthly Reports.
• Ensure timely preparation of Owner Billings by verifying work quantities and billings from Subcontractors and Suppliers.
• Produce accurate monthly cost projections forecasting total estimated costs at completion.
• Oversee the creation and monitoring of Project Schedules, providing regular progress updates.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or a related field is preferred. Certifications or equivalent experience will also be considered.
• 10 years of experience managing a variety of Commercial Construction projects.
• Comprehensive knowledge of building systems and construction methods.
• Ability to communicate confidently and professionally with team members, industry partners, and clients.
• Strong financial management skills and the capacity to independently manage all project aspects from start to finish.
• Demonstrated leadership capabilities, with the ability to work both collaboratively and independently.
