Position Overview

In the short term, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing our IT General Controls (ITGC) program. Your responsibilities will include ensuring audit readiness, coordinating cross-functional testing cycles, and enhancing operational excellence across the organization. Simultaneously, you will champion strategic technical and business initiatives aimed at scaling our financial systems to support our growing company. This position resides within Global Business Operations and reports directly to the Senior Director, providing substantial visibility and influence. Over time, you will have the opportunity to transition into the Project Management Office (PMO), making this an excellent career growth opportunity.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead critical business projects from discovery to delivery, holding yourself and your team accountable for meeting key timelines.
• Build and manage comprehensive project plans that integrate multiple teams while aligning scope, timelines, dependencies, and resources.
• Collaborate effectively with leaders from IT, Finance, and other operational areas to translate business needs into actionable project plans.
• Proactively identify potential risks, mitigate blockers, and ensure projects remain on track in fast-paced settings.
• Provide clear, concise status updates to stakeholders, including senior leadership, while driving consensus on priorities and outcomes.
• Enhance project delivery, governance, and cross-functional cooperation by identifying and implementing process improvements.
• Promote best practices in project management and elevate the capabilities of cross-functional teams.

Minimum Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience successfully managing complex, cross-functional projects or programs.
• Demonstrated ability to lead enterprise-level initiatives from planning through execution.
• Strong experience managing technical and cross-functional projects involving IT enterprise and financial systems (e.g., ERP, ITGC).
• Exceptional communication skills, particularly in engaging with senior leadership.
• Proficient problem-solving skills with a capability to navigate ambiguity effectively.
• Proven success in managing multiple stakeholders, priorities, and dependencies simultaneously.
• Familiarity with various project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid).

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with ITGC, audit, or compliance-related programs.
• PMP, PMI-ACP, CSM, or equivalent certification.
• Proficiency in tools such as Jira, Asana, Salesforce, and Excel.
• Experience in high-growth or scaling organizations.

Compensation

Relativity is dedicated to upholding competitive, fair, and equitable compensation practices. This role is eligible for comprehensive compensation packages, including a competitive base salary, an annual performance bonus, and long-term incentives.

The expected salary range for this position is $96,000 to $144,000. The final offered salary will depend on multiple factors, including the candidate's experience, skill set, qualifications, and internal pay equity considerations. Hiring at the top end of the salary range is uncommon to allow for future meaningful salary growth.
