Lead Project Manager

Conduct post-project evaluations and identify lessons learned for future projects. Drive continuous improvement in project management processes and methodologies. Provide mentorship and guidance to junior project managers and team members. Oversee the procurement process for project-related resources and services. Manage budget and forecast changes, reporting on financial performance. Resolve conflicts and issues that arise during the project lifecycle. Qualifications: Proven experience as a Project Manager, with a track record of successful project delivery. Experience leading cross-functional teams and managing complex projects. Strong understanding of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall). Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
