We are on the lookout for a dynamic and experienced Lead Project Manager with a robust background in commercial concrete construction. This key role will lead projects from the initial preconstruction phase all the way to successful completion. The ideal candidate will bring expertise in structural concrete, scheduling, budgeting, and team leadership, specifically for large-scale building projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee all phases of concrete construction projects, including foundations, slabs, structural frames, and parking structures.
• Manage project schedules, budgets, and implement effective cost controls.
• Lead and mentor project teams, field staff, subcontractors, and maintain strong client relationships.
• Coordinate effectively with general contractors and other trades to ensure seamless project execution.
• Guarantee compliance with safety regulations and uphold quality standards across all projects.
• Proactively identify and mitigate project risks to ensure timely delivery.
• Deliver regular reporting and project updates to upper management and stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 8 years of experience in commercial concrete construction.
• Demonstrated experience managing large structural concrete projects.
• In-depth knowledge of concrete forming systems, rebar, and placement methods.
• Exceptional leadership and communication skills are essential.
• Capability to manage multiple projects concurrently.
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
