About The Role
The Lead Project Manager is responsible for overseeing and directing the execution of high-profile, complex interior design projects from start to finish. This role involves providing strategic leadership, driving project success, and ensuring alignment with client objectives, design standards, and company goals. The Lead Project Manager manages all aspects of the project, including budget, timeline, resources, and stakeholder communication, while mentoring and guiding a team of project managers and design professionals.

What We’re Looking For
- You are a project management professional with at least 10+ years of experience in the building construction industry.
- You hold a diploma or degree in project management, construction management, or a related field.
- You possess a solid understanding of the various trades and subcontractors involved in interior fit-outs.
- You are tech-savvy and have a proven track record of successfully adopting digital tools and technology initiatives.
- You thrive in fast-paced environments, consistently delivering high-quality results without compromising customer satisfaction.
- You work well under pressure and can operate independently with minimal supervision.
