We are looking for a skilled Lead Project Manager with a proven track record in managing large-scale multifamily or healthcare construction projects valued at $30M or more. In this role, you will be instrumental in guiding projects from preconstruction to closeout, ensuring successful outcomes in terms of schedule, budget, and quality.

Key Responsibilities:

• Direct and oversee ground-up projects exceeding $30M
• Manage project timelines, budgets, and overall execution
• Provide leadership and mentorship to project teams
• Facilitate coordination among clients, architects, and subcontractors
• Ensure that all projects are completed with a strong emphasis on safety and efficiency

Requirements:

• Demonstrable experience as a Senior Project Manager in commercial construction
• Expertise in multifamily or healthcare projects
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders and meet deadlines
