Lead Project Manager (Enterprise Agile & AI Delivery)

Overview

We are seeking a highly strategic Lead Project Manager to drive enterprise-level programs and portfolios, leading Agile delivery at scale while championing AI-driven project management practices. This role will partner with executive leadership and cross-functional teams to deliver complex initiatives, optimize performance, and align technology investments with business strategy.

What You’ll Do

• Lead and manage enterprise-wide programs and project portfolios, ensuring delivery of measurable business value
• Drive Agile transformation at scale (SAFe, LeSS, or similar frameworks) across multiple teams and departments
• Develop and execute portfolio strategies, roadmaps, and governance frameworks
• Provide executive-level reporting on program performance, risks, and strategic initiatives
• Partner with business and IT leadership to align technology investments with organizational goals
• Oversee multi-vendor programs, managing dependencies across development, QA, and business teams
• Leverage data, analytics, and AI-driven insights to optimize delivery, forecasting, and resource allocation
• Lead enterprise planning activities including PI Planning, portfolio Kanban, and milestone tracking
• Establish and monitor KPIs, OKRs, and delivery metrics across the portfolio
• Mentor and guide Project Managers, driving continuous improvement and Agile best practices

What You Bring

• 7+ years of progressive experience in project/program management, including enterprise-level initiatives
• 5+ years leading Agile programs at scale (SAFe or equivalent)
• Strong experience with portfolio management, governance, and cross-functional leadership
• Exposure to AI, data analytics, or digital transformation initiatives
• Proven ability to communicate with executive stakeholders and influence decision-making
• Experience managing complex, multi-vendor environments
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills

Preferred Qualifications

• PMP certification and SAFe Program Consultant (SPC) or similar Agile certification
• Experience with tools such as Azure DevOps, Jira, or enterprise Agile platforms
• Background in cloud, data, or AI-driven environments
• Experience leading Agile Centers of Excellence or transformation initiatives

• $60.00 - $70.00 per hour
