About the Role
We are looking for Lead QA Engineer (Automation).
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain automated tests for REST APIs and web applications using C#/.NET.
- Evolve and improve the automation framework, test reporting, CI/CD integrations, and code review practices.
- Work with SQL databases, logs, monitoring systems, and investigate production issues.
- Participate in testing complex scenarios, flows, integrations, and business-critical processes.
- Work with Docker, Kubernetes, and infrastructure components that impact testing and environment stability.
- Establish and maintain QA processes, including workflows, task stages, boards, TestRail, knowledge base, and release support practices.
Leadership & Collaboration
- Lead a team of Automation and Manual QA engineers: assign tasks, align workflows, and ensure quality and timely delivery.
- Conduct 1:1 meetings, provide regular feedback, and support the professional growth of team members.
- Collaborate closely with developers, product managers, and stakeholders on test strategy and overall product quality.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience with C# and ASP.NET Core (.NET 6+).
- 3+ years of experience in QA Automation, preferably on high load applications
- Strong hands-on experience with C#/.NET and building automation frameworks.
- Experience in automating REST API and UI tests (Selenium or similar tools).
- Solid experience with SQL, Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Experience with Azure DevOps, TeamCity, or similar tools.
- Experience with TestRail, Allure, or other test reporting / test management tools.
- Understanding of Manual QA processes, including test design, regression, integration, functional, and end-to-end testing.
- Experience with API testing, logs, monitoring tools, DevTools, and Postman.
- Fluent Russian
