Lead QA Engineer With AI experience

About

We are seeking a Lead QA Engineer with strong automation and emerging AI experience to join our team. This role will focus on designing and executing automated test strategies, including both functional and performance testing, while leveraging modern tools and frameworks to improve quality and efficiency.

Your Impact

• Design, develop, and maintain automated test frameworks for web and/or API testing
• Build and execute performance and load testing strategies to ensure system scalability and reliability
• Leverage AI-driven testing techniques (e.g., intelligent test generation, anomaly detection, test optimization) to enhance QA processes
• Collaborate with engineering and product teams to define acceptance criteria and ensure test coverage
• Identify defects, perform root cause analysis, and work with developers to resolve issues
• Improve CI/CD pipelines by integrating automated testing and quality gates
• Continuously optimize test coverage, execution speed, and reliability.

Skills & Experience

• Proven experience in QA Automation Engineering
• Strong programming skills in Python
• Hands-on experience with Robot Framework and/or Playwright for automation
• Experience with performance testing tools (e.g., JMeter, k6, LoadRunner, or similar)
• Exposure to or experience applying AI/ML concepts in testing (e.g., self-healing tests, predictive analytics, AI-assisted test design)
• Strong understanding of software testing methodologies, including functional, regression, and performance testing
• Experience testing APIs and microservices architectures
• Familiarity with CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps)
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
