We are seeking a Quality Assurance (QA) Lead to support a digital transformation initiative in the health and human services sector. This leadership role focuses on ensuring the quality, stability, and reliability of applications as part of an enterprise business transformation designed to improve social services delivery. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating automated and manual test cases, executing comprehensive testing procedures, and managing defect resolution processes while contributing to a modern cloud-based technology solution.

The QA Lead will work closely with development, business, and support teams to drive quality initiatives and establish best practices across all QA activities. The candidate will lead requirement reviews to identify potential defects early in the development lifecycle, mentor QA team members, and provide oversight for testing activities including functional, non-functional, cross-browser, performance, connectivity, integration, regression, and behavior-driven automation testing. This role will support Salesforce Health Cloud features and complex case management workflows while collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver comprehensive quality assurance solutions.

Required

  • University degree in Computer Science, Business Administration or related discipline, or certification in Information Technology from a recognized community college (equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered)
  • 10 years - testing experience in writing and executing test cases, including functional, non-functional, cross-browser/platform, performance, connectivity, integration, regression, and behavior-driven automation testing
  • 2 years - tester/QA role executing test plans and test cases for Salesforce Health Cloud features
  • Salesforce Administrator Certification (recognized certification required)
  • Demonstrated experience testing in health or human services businesses
  • 5 years - creating and owning QA reports, QA strategy documents and building extensive test plans
  • Excellent communication skills (written and oral) in English
  • 4 years - writing and executing testing with software and test automation tools (Azure DevOps, Zypher, Selenium)
  • 4 years - conducting manual testing and regression testing on projects using agile/scrum software development methodologies
  • 5+ years - performing testing on data integrity and data quality rules related to complex CRM data objects
  • 5+ years - testing complex Case Management and workflow automation within Salesforce Service and Health Cloud data models
  • 5+ years - data migration, test planning and execution ensuring data integrity and accuracy
  • 5+ years - in-depth knowledge of Salesforce features, functionalities and best practices
  • 5+ years - testing end-to-end integration between CRM and external systems

Nice to Have

  • 3+ years - understanding of basic implementation of omnistudio (flexcards, omniscript, dataraptors, integration procedures, expressions sets and decision metrics)
  • 3+ years - experience and in-depth understanding of Salesforce access and security model testing
  • Experience with developing and executing Quality Assurance Test Plans for Platform-as-a-Service (SaaS) Products/Solutions

$56,174.84-$131,299.38 per year
