Lead Quality Engineer (QE)

About

We are looking for an experienced Lead Quality Engineer (QE) to lead end-to-end Quality Engineering initiatives for Corporate and Finance streams in an Agile environment. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in automation testing, AI-driven quality engineering, integration testing, and telecom finance workflows.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead QE activities for Corporate & Finance applications
• Drive sprint testing, automation execution, and release sign-offs
• Develop and execute automation frameworks using Selenium, Java, and APIs
• Perform integration, reconciliation, and enterprise data flow testing
• Enable continuous testing within CI/CD pipelines
• Track quality metrics, defects, risks, and production readiness
• Conduct RCA and implement quality improvements
• Collaborate with Dev, Product, and Business teams

Required Experience

• 8–12 years in Quality Engineering and Automation Testing
• Strong experience leading Agile QE teams
• Hands-on expertise with Selenium, Java, REST APIs, and cloud testing platforms
• Experience in Telecom, Corporate Finance, and Compensation workflows
• Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills
