Lead quality engineer (F/M)

What You Will Enjoy Doing

• Reporting to the global quality Director, you will lead global working groups to identify needs, implement improvement projects and standardize practices across regions.
• You will drive a culture of waste elimination, process robustness, and risk mitigation
• In this role, you will audit technical processes, such abrication, machining or thermo-mechanical processes
• You will analyze customer returns and lead root-cause analysis and corrective action processes
• You will drive SPC reviews and support data-driven decision-making with Production
• A high-potential role with a clear development path toward Quality Manager

What Makes You Great

• You possess a master degree in physical science or engineering, preferably in Materials science or Metallurgy, and you have already gained at least 5 years of experience in quality, within a manufacturing environment
• You have knowledge of SPC, MSA, metrology, capability studies and quality tools with an experience in ISO 90001 or IATF
• You demonstrate leadership potential with the ambition to progress to management positions
• Your excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills (in english and french) allow you to be comfortable leading cross-functional and cross-regional projects
• you are in nterested in learning in a very technical environment
• Flexibility to travel to other Linde AMT Electronics locations, customer, suppliers and vendor sites is required
