Our client, a distinguished real estate development firm, is seeking a highly analytical and strategic Lead Real Estate Investment Analyst to join their growing team in **Gombe, Gombe, NG**. This hybrid role offers a blend of in-office collaboration and remote flexibility. You will play a pivotal role in identifying, evaluating, and executing lucrative real estate investment opportunities across various asset classes. This includes conducting in-depth market research, financial modeling, due diligence, and presenting investment recommendations to senior management. The ideal candidate possesses a keen eye for market trends, exceptional quantitative skills, and a proven ability to assess risk and reward in the real estate sector. You will collaborate closely with acquisition teams, development managers, and financing partners to drive profitable growth and maximize portfolio value.

Responsibilities: Identify and analyze potential real estate investment opportunities, including but not limited to residential, commercial, and industrial properties. Conduct comprehensive market research and analysis to assess market dynamics, competitive landscape, and demographic trends. Develop detailed financial models, including cash flow projections, valuation analyses (DCF, comparable sales, replacement cost), and sensitivity analyses. Perform thorough due diligence on potential acquisitions, including property inspections, legal reviews, and environmental assessments. Prepare compelling investment memorandums and presentations for senior leadership and investment committees. Source and evaluate financing options for new acquisitions and existing portfolio needs. Monitor the performance of existing investments, identifying opportunities for value enhancement and risk mitigation. Stay abreast of industry best practices, emerging trends, and regulatory changes impacting the real estate investment market. Build and maintain strong relationships with brokers, developers, lenders, and other industry stakeholders. Contribute to the development and execution of the company's overall investment strategy. Qualifications: Master's degree in Finance, Real Estate, Economics, or a related quantitative field. Minimum of 5 years of experience in real estate investment, finance, or a related analytical role. Strong proficiency in financial modeling, valuation techniques, and real estate market analysis. Expertise in Argus Enterprise, Excel, and other relevant financial analysis software. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly and concisely. Demonstrated ability to think critically, solve problems, and make data-driven decisions. Proven experience in conducting due diligence and managing deal processes. Strong understanding of real estate law, zoning, and environmental regulations is a plus. Ability to work effectively in a hybrid work environment, balancing independent work with team collaboration.
