Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute regional recruiting strategies aligned with operational needs and growth projections.
• Manage recruiting budgets to optimize cost-per-hire through diverse sourcing channels.
• Lead recruitment for specialized, hard-to-fill positions including SG&A, supervisors, and management roles.
• Drive new location startup recruitment with tailored sourcing strategies ensuring readiness from day one.
• Directly manage, coach, and develop a team of 2-3 High Volume Recruiters to meet hiring volume and quality goals.
• Conduct pipeline reviews and provide real-time coaching to maintain high team productivity.
• Ensure compliance with all employment laws and company policies.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
• Proven success in high-volume recruiting environments producing 500+ hires annually.
• Strong analytical skills to leverage recruiting data for strategic decisions.
• Proficiency with applicant tracking systems, Microsoft Office, and digital recruiting tools.
• Flexibility to travel regionally (15-25%) to support operations and new site startups.
