We are looking for a Lead Recruiter to own recruiting and onboarding, helping us build a high‑performing team from the ground up.

This is not a back‑office HR role.
This is a sales‑driven recruiting role where performance, speed, and results matter.

The Opportunity

You will own the entire hiring funnel:

  • From sourcing → to screening → to offer → to onboarding.
  • You’ll work directly with leadership to ensure we are not only hiring great people — but bringing in talent that performs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own full‑cycle recruiting across sales, operations, and field roles
  • Source candidates through LinkedIn, Indeed, referrals, and outbound outreach
  • Build and manage a strong candidate pipeline
  • Screen, interview, and sell the opportunity to top candidates
  • Coordinate interviews with leadership team
  • Own and improve the onboarding experience for all new hires
  • Ensure smooth transition from offer accepted → first day → ramp‑up
  • Create onboarding systems, checklists, and coordination processes
  • Track KPIs including hires, pipeline, and conversion rates
  • Improve hiring speed, quality, and candidate experience

What We’re Looking For

  • 2–5+ years in recruiting, talent acquisition, or staffing
  • Sales‑minded — able to sell candidates on the opportunity
  • Experience hiring for sales, operations, or field roles preferred
  • Proven ability to manage high hiring volume
  • Highly organized and process‑driven
  • Strong communication and follow‑up skills
  • Comfortable using ATS, CRM systems, and job platforms
  • Self‑starter with urgency, ownership, and accountability
  • Competitive and driven by performance

Performance Expectations

  • 5–10 hires per month
  • Maintain strong pipeline and speed‑to‑hire
  • Deliver high‑quality candidates who perform and stay

Compensation & Benefits

  • Base Salary: $50,000 – $60,000
