About the role
Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Lead with strong expertise in Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Sales Cloud to drive solution design, implementation, and team leadership. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of customer engagement, CRM processes, and marketing automation, along with the ability to lead cross-functional teams and deliver scalable Salesforce solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end Salesforce implementations focusing on Marketing Cloud and Sales Cloud
- Design and architect scalable solutions aligned with business requirements
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and translate requirements into technical solutions
- Provide leadership and mentorship to Salesforce developers, admins, and analysts
- Oversee integrations between Salesforce and external systems
- Ensure best practices in Salesforce configuration, customization, and deployment
- Drive marketing automation strategies including customer journeys, segmentation, and personalization
- Monitor system performance and optimize for efficiency and scalability
- Ensure data quality, governance, and compliance standards are met
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
- 7+ years of experience in Salesforce platform
- Strong hands-on experience with:
- Salesforce Sales Cloud
- Salesforce Marketing Cloud (Email Studio, Journey Builder, Automation Studio)
- Experience in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components (LWC/Aura)
- Strong knowledge of CRM processes (Lead-to-Cash, Campaign Management, Customer Lifecycle)
- Experience with Salesforce integrations (REST/SOAP APIs, middleware tools)
- Proven experience in leading teams and managing delivery
Preferred Qualifications
- Salesforce certifications such as:
- Salesforce Administrator
- Sales Cloud Consultant
- Marketing Cloud Consultant / Developer
- Experience with data management tools and CDP (Customer Data Platform)
- Familiarity with analytics tools (Tableau, Salesforce Reports & Dashboards)
- Experience in Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Prior experience in industries like Retail, Financial Services, or Healthcare
