Responsibilities

• As a member of our software organization, you will lead the security guild consisting of various product team members
• You will provide the vision to enable secure solution design and establish the secure development lifecycle of Bachmann
• As security lead, you will mentor and support the development teams and work together with different stakeholders and business leaders
• You will conduct code reviews and maintain our secure coding guidelines
• Track, manage, and communicate security vulnerabilities together with the security guild and product teams

Requirements

• Experience in creating secure software products
• Proficient understanding of threat modelling and secure design principles
• Have a completed technical qualification (HTL, FH/Uni)
• Programming skills in languages like (C++, Java, JavaScript, and Rust)
• Ideally knowledge about security standards like IEC-62443 or similar
• English B2, German B1
