Lead ServiceNow Engineer

About the organisation

This organisation is a global investment firm operating across asset management, capital markets, and insurance. They run a large, complex technology estate supporting investment platforms and operational systems, with a strong focus on control, reliability, and long-term growth.

What you'll do

• Own the architecture and day-to-day operation of ServiceNow and Atlassian Jira platforms, including Service Management
• Design and deliver integrations between ServiceNow, Jira, and CMDB using APIs, webhooks, and integration tooling
• Drive data integrity across incidents, changes, and asset inventory, with particular focus on CMDB governance
• Lead platform upgrades, performance tuning, and workflow optimisation across engineering and operations teams

What you need

• Strong track record (10+ years) owning ServiceNow and Jira in an enterprise environment
• Proven experience integrating ServiceNow with Jira and CMDB at scale
• Solid grasp of ITIL and service management workflows (incident, change, problem)
• Hands-on technical ability with scripting (JavaScript, PowerShell), REST APIs, and integration platforms

The practical bits

• Salary: up to €140,000
• Location: Dublin
• Working setup: hybrid - 4 days a week onsite
