Responsibilities

• Lead the development of SIPI for high-speed interfaces
• Conduct channel modeling and frequency-domain analysis
• Execute signoff methodologies for SerDes channels
• Diagnose and propose design fixes for lab issues
• Document SIPI processes and mentor fellow engineers

Requirements

• B.S. in Electrical Engineering; M.S./Ph.D. preferred
• Over 10 years of SI/PI experience in product development
• Expertise in EM fundamentals and statistical link analysis
• Experience with simulation tools like HSPICE and ADS
• Skilled in scripting for workflow automation and documentation
