We are currently seeking a Lead Software Architect to become a vital part of our Audit Technology Alliance organization.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the complete architectural design of a cutting-edge full-stack generative AI application, encompassing everything from front-end user experience to core microservices and data pipelines.
  • Work closely with product managers, UI/UX designers, and engineering teams to develop a highly interactive Human-in-the-Loop (HITL) interface for our AI agents.
  • Guide the evolution of both front-end and back-end architectures, ensuring flexibility and clear API contracts between user-facing components and core AI services.
  • Define and manage the comprehensive technical roadmap, ensuring our application achieves scalability, reliability, and utilizes a modern, maintainable technology stack.
  • Mentor development teams on full-stack best practices, promoting the implementation of features requiring seamless integration between user interfaces and our AI engine.
  • Promote technical excellence and innovation throughout the application, focusing on creating a high-quality, responsive user experience that enhances product adoption.

Qualifications

  • A minimum of eight years of professional experience, prominently featuring full-stack development and a successful record of architecting complex user-facing applications.
  • Bachelor's or master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field from an accredited institution.
  • Expertise in designing and implementing full-stack solutions, including familiarity with modern front-end frameworks (such as React, Angular, Vue.js), API design, and back-end microservices on platforms like Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS).
  • Strong proficiency in Agile methodologies, with extensive experience utilizing SDLC tools such as Azure DevOps, Git, and CI/CD pipelines for automation.
  • Exceptional communication skills, with an ability to navigate complex problems and clearly explain architectural decisions impacting both user experience and back-end infrastructure.
  • Experience architecting applications that effectively integrate AI/ML systems, particularly in developing intuitive user interfaces for human-agent interaction and data visualization.
